As you approach Jaya One, look for signages to B1 parking.  You can then take the lift to the Ground floor and look for the "Royal Oak Pub & Restaurant" as a landmark. We are on the 1st floor of Unit 9-11. Alternatively, take the lift for Block D, 9-11 from B1 or B2 parking and you can come straight to Cake Connection on the 1st floor. Call us if you need help,
